Financial position statement
The most recent Annual General Meeting of the condo corporation showed $249,411 in the Reserve Fund and $20,237 in the General Fund. 

Reserve fund study
A periodic study of the condo building is required to ensure the reserve fund can adequately cover anticipated maintenance and repairs. 

Condo insurance policy
Condo corporations in the Province of Ontario are legally required to maintain insurance.

Short-term rental policy

Condo owners may rental their units for terms of three months or more. Shorter-term rentals like Airbnb or VBRO are not permitted.
