Reserve fund study summary
The condo corporation must undertake a periodic Reserve Fund Study that is reviewed by The Board of Directors to ensure that the reserve fund is adequately funded for future building maintenance and repairs. This is a summary of the most recent (2023) study. The next study occurs in 2026.
