Short-term rental policy
Due to rising insurance premiums associated with Airbnb or VBRO-type short-term rentals, condo owners cannot rent their properties for less than 3 months in duration. But rentals of 3 months or more are permitted for owners who may spend the summer at cottages or the winters in warmer countries, or go on extended travel vacations or work assignments.
